I believe that all these problems would cease if we were sugarfree. There is a formula that if you eat sweets, your body stores fat and burns the sugar but if you are sugarfree, your body will burn the fat gradually and you will feel and think much better. Until one kicks the habit of sweet tea and soft drinks, than one is putting on death pounds.
